Project Operations Manager- full-time position
The Project Operations Manager (POM) manages and coordinates the overall scheduling, project assignments, and site inspections of all residential and commercial properties.
The POM Responsible for ensuring that assigned teams are sent to the location, detailed analysis is done to determine the extent of the damage that may be caused by fire, wind, water, natural disaster, and or building flaws, analyzing and evaluating the detailed documentation required, reporting requirements as well as managing the personnel who will be assigned to the particular project.
The POM is responsible for ensuring that all business policies are followed as well as managing daily operations of the business including business plans, coordinating and directing the daily affairs of projects assigned to the teams; directs the administrative activities that are directly related to all ongoing restoration projects.
Additional responsibilities include reviewing reports filed and assessing that detailed documentation is provided to the client, local government officials, or property managers for all insurance-related claims; ensuring that the assigned team is using industry-standard procedures to identify the extent of damage and that all internal procedures to identify the extent of the damage are being used including the study of blueprints, structural engineering reports, foundation engineering reports, and soil reports and any other reporting needed in order to determine the extent of the property damage.
Management skills, analysis reporting, and balancing all assignments and staff within a budgetary framework. Ability to generate detailed reports prescribing best practices for restoration of property and ensuring that appropriate materials, time frame, and methodology is used for the restoration of the property. Ability to multi-task the needs of clients, businesses, staff, and projects assigned in a timely manner.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent. Experience:
12 months Project Managing. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
